On the day of your arrival, we´ll be waiting for you at Cusco´s Airport, to welcome and assist you in whatever you might need. Then, we´ll take you to the selected hotel, so that you could take a short rest, given that, in the afternoon, we´ll start your acclimatization process with a little half day tour in and around the city. After that visit with historical and cultural character, we´ll go back to your hotel for dinner and to spend the night.
Early in the morning, on the second day, we´ll pick you up at your hotel, to transfer you to the railway station, and board the train bound to the village of Aguas Calientes, where we´ll take a bus that will take us to the top of the mountain, where the emblematic Incan city is located. Then, we´ll go on the guided visit of Machu Picchu, during about two hours, and after a calculated free time, we´ll go back down to the village of Aguas Calientes, to have lunch. In the afternoon, after a short rest and a stroll around the village, we´ll get back to the railway station, where we´ll board the train back to the city of Cusco, to spend the night at the hotel of your choice.
After breakfast, on the third day, we´ll transfer you to the city´s airport, to help you board the flight that will take you to another destination.

Itinerary

Day 1 Cusco –  City Tour attractions of the city

We will be at Cusco´s Airport to welcome and help you with whatever you might need. Upon your arrival, you will be able to find us easily, as we´ll be waiting for you with a sign and your name written on it. After welcoming you, we´ll transfer you on board our private vehicle, to the previously selected hotel, where you will have some time to rest and have lunch. In the afternoon, we´ll go on the City Tour.
This is a half day tour which gives you the opportunity to visit very important tourist attractions located within the city, like Cusco´s Basilica Cathedral, an impressive Colonial architectural work, and the Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha, with its imposing Incan architecture and fine finish work. In addition, we´ll visit four Incan archaeological complexes of great historical importance, situated in the city´s outskirts. First, we´ll get to know the Ceremonial Complex of Saqsayhuaman, built with huge stone blocks and fine finish. Then, we´ll stop in Qenqo which was an old ceremonial place, built inside an enormous limestone geological rock formation. Afterwards, we´ll move on to Puca Pucara, an old Incan "tambo" that was used as a watch post, and to end our tour, we´ll go to Tambomachay, where water fountains stand out, and were possibly used for ceremonies.

Day 2 Cusco – Machu Picchu – Cusco

Very early in the morning, we´ll pick you up at your hotel in our private vehicle, and will head towards the railway station, and once on board the train, we´ll travel to the village of Aguas Calientes. On the way, we´ll have the chance to observe beautiful Andean landscapes, with their snow-capped peaks and mountains covered with agricultural benched terraces.
Upon arriving in the village of Aguas Calientes, we´ll quickly go to the bus station and will board a bus, to ride up to the top of the mountain, where the so longed for Incan city is located. There is no doubt that you will remain in awe at the sight of Machu Picchu´s impressive majesty, and after about two hours of guided visit of that enigmatic city, we guarantee you that something will have changed within you, for having been in direct contact with such a wonder of architecture and engineering. At the end of that unforgettable visit, we´ll return to the village of Aguas Calientes, to have lunch.
In the afternoon and after some rest or a short stroll around the village of Aguas Calientes, we´ll go to the railway station to board the train back to the city of Cusco, where you will spend the night at the hotel of your choice.

Day 3 Cusco – Farewell

Early in the morning and after breakfast at the hotel, we´ll go to the city´s airport and will help you get on board the flight to your next destination.
